Scrap - to be used to develop this subject:
Bribe is a means of getting things to be done very quickly and is a kind of incentive.
And corruption is a resultant of it. A person or society can influence other society with bribe and get a favor for it.

Why people tend towards corruption?
Might be it makes money easily and so life easy. It is simple to be away from get caught.

See corruption as a sickness rather than an unwanted or an unlawful act.

Why it is said the corruption is a sickness. They why people enjoy it. The sickness which is getting one richer.

If one has a talent in getting unnoticed then that guy can make profits with corruption. But it requires a lot of mastery. If get caught then every thing will be gone and the result would be the worse. It is high risk and high return thing.

Why people hate a corrupt?
Because corrupt is steeling wealth of a group and not utilizing that wealth for the growth of that group.

Whether a corrupt hates a corrupt?
Two cases here.
If they both steal others wealth and divide it, then they like each other. In second case,
Obviously it should be the case. First one is stealing second ones' wealth. How a person accepts that act?

It is suspected that the corruption is a part of Human Genome (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption) So it is a behavioral phenomena and cannot be cured easily.
Systems design to reduce corruption:
The systems needs to be designed in a way to have minimum temptation towards Corruption.
Transparency to be maintained in transactions.
Better to address desires of individuals rather than to encourage them to suppress their desires.
